Event Agreement Terms

Please read carefully before approving

1. Registration & Background Screening Consent

Thank you for registering for our upcoming event. To help ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all attendees, we perform a limited, good-faith background screening on new registrants.

2. Your Consent

By clicking "I Agree" and completing payment, you consent to us conducting a basic screening that may include checks of publicly available criminal records, court databases, and known risk lists using the information you provide.

3. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Screening is conducted confidentially and used only for entry approval. Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Results are retained only as long as necessary for the event.

4. Questions & Entry Approval

If you have any questions or do not wish to consent, please contact us before registering. We reserve the right to deny entry if screening indicates a serious safety risk.
